"In January 2011 Healthimo UK officially launched our operations over a two week period. In total we had over 40 separate meetings scheduled with some highly distinguished people from the North West and nationally. In terms of our business strategy the 'launch' was crucial, however a number of key aspects such as security, receiving of our guests (main and 11th floor reception), customer service, cleanliness etc. We needn't have worried as the Orega Team displayed exemplary professionalism, courtesy and friendliness to all of our clients. "Venor Resourcing, moved into our new Orega offices at Piccadilly Place, Manchester in February 2011. Having experienced many new location start ups in both serviced and conventional offices, I must say that the customer service we received prior to moving in and during our first few months has been excellent. All the Orega team have been extremely helpful, especially as our Manager Paul had relocated to Manchester and didn’t know the area at all. The social outings have been very well received by our guys and have been well organised. Also when other members of the Venor management team have visited our Manchester office, they have received a warm welcome from the centre staff, and have appreciated the hotel and apartment recommendations etc… The offices themselves are always clean and tidy and the communal areas and very impressive."
